Seth Rollins appears to be giving a cold shoulder to Hulk Hogan even after Hogan praised him recently and called him one of his favorite WWE superstars.

Despite the recent controversy surrounding Hulk Hogan, he appeared in front of the audience in an episode that premiered on Netflix. Although it was a great night for the audience, it was not for Hulk Hogan.

The fans booed him and just rejected him. Not only the audience, but the active wrestlers of WWE like Seth Rollins are also giving the cold shoulder to Hulk Hogan.

Hulk Hogan has been an admirer of Seth Rollins. Hogan, when asked about his favorite wrestlers, mentioned Seth Rollins. However, on the other side, Seth Rollins has respect for Hulk Hogan but is still critical of him, and he even went on to say that Hogan got what he deserved.

Seth Rollins thinks Hulk Hogan still deserves hate after Hogan complimented him

Recently, Hulk Hogan appreciated Seth Rollins as a wrestler when asked about his favorite wrestlers in the present Times of WWE. In reply to this question, Hulk Hogan said,

Right now, it will be Drew Mcintyre & Seth Rollins.

While Hulk Hogan complimented Seth Rollins for his performance and presence in the WWE, Rollins has a different view of Hulk and Hogan and the incident of fans rejecting him.

During a conversation with Seth Rollins, the topic about Hulk Hogan being booed came up, and he responded,

I am all for people getting what they deserve. If you’re booed by the masses, there is a reason for it.

Seth Rollins isn’t helping Hogan at the moment. He’s not saying anything against him, as he also mentioned that he respects the guy and grew up watching him. However, the statements made are definitely against Hogan at this point.

His quote, “getting what they deserve,” indicates the controversy that has been the bad times of Hulk Hogan’s career, and it made a big dent in his reputation.

Why is Hulk Hogan getting so much hate?

Hulk Hogan, a legend of WWE, got surrounded by trouble when his audio went viral, where he mentioned racial slurs. When it went public, it was a sudden shock because no one expected this from the role model of WWE. Hulk Hogan casually mentions,

I guess we all are a little racist.

It was a strange side of Hogan, and he did not stop there. He also mentions the N-word for his daughter’s boyfriend. This created an outrage on social media. It was visible during his entrance into the Netflix edition of Raw.

Though Seth Rollins appreciates Hulk Hogan and even says that while growing up, Hogan was his role model, he also understands that some things are out of line and unacceptable, and there would be a reaction to those things. The way Seth Rollins is talking about the whole Hulk Hogan thing, a mere compliment from Hogan cannot cover up the statements that he made.

It would be interesting to see how Hulk Hogan can turn around the situation and win over the audience so that they cheer him instead of booing.
