Chilling pattern found after several women killed in paradise tourist hotspot as ‘mystery serial killer’ theory emerges
A CHILLING pattern has emerged after several women’s bodies were found in a paradise resort town.
Claims of a mystery serial killer have now surfaced sparking fear in the city popular with tourists.

Three women have been murdered across the Mexican state of Jalisco since May 10, prompting an urgent probe by police.
A Mexican politician told The New York Post that evidence gathered by the Jalisco State Attorney General’s office reveals a disturbing pattern.
Yussara Canales, representing Puerto Vallarta’s 5th district, said two or three of the victims had their blouses almost pulled off.
She told the outlet: “This appears to be a common denominator among the femicides that have occurred recently.”

The detail was the initial trigger for investigators to suspect a serial killer, she added.
But Canales claims officials are deliberately downplaying the connection to protect the image of the city before the World Cup.
On May 10, the first female victim was discovered on Victor Itiburde Avenue near the El Pirulí ranch.
The woman, wearing a blue blouse and believed to be around 30 years old, was found lying on her back with both her wrists slit.
Just five days later, the second victim was found at a roadside stop along a highway.
The woman, aged 35 to 40, was wearing a black blouse and found near the upscale, 4.5-star Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta resort.
She had been dead for several hours and was showing signs of a blow to the head.
Canales said: “In every instance, the victims’ blouses had been pulled up.

“In two — possibly three — of the cases, their blouses were found in this raised position.”
Less than a week later, Elizabeth Galindo, 25, who was reported missing on April 29 was found dead in Puerto Vallarta with multiple signs of violence and bruising on her face.
On Wednesday the state prosecutor’s office announced there were no links to the killings.
Canales told The Post: “Sadly, this news is making international headlines. It is leaving our port city in a very bad light.”
The politician alleged the prosecutor’s statement could be a way of countering the negative attention currently swirling around the city.
Jalisco, the Mexican state where Puerto Vallarta is located, is set to host games for the World Cup.
Four games are scheduled to be played at Estadio Akron, roughly 190 miles from Puerto Vallarta.
The investigation is still in the early phases, with cops checking the possibility that the women were murdered elsewhere and transported to Puerto Vallarta.
The discovery in Puerto Vallarta, a popular beach town, comes just months after over 60 people died in an explosion of cartel violence.
Members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel looted shops and burned buses in a revenge attack after their leader, El Mencho died in a military operation.
Footage from the scene showed tourists fleeing through the Guadalajara airport as cartel members appeared to fire off shots.
A Level 2 travel advisory has been in effect for Americans traveling to Mexico since August 2025, with the US State Department telling visitors to “exercise increased caution in Mexico due to terrorism, crime, and kidnapping.”
