Jamal Is One Of The Opening Acts For The Boy Is Mine Tour
Although the American Idol winners and contestants no longer tour the country with the American Idols Live! tour after the finale, Jamal will be joining R&B music superstars Brandy and Monica on their fall 2025 The Boy Is Mine tour. The tour kicks off on October 16 in Cincinatti, Ohio, and ends on December 7 in Houston, Texas.
Jamal will be one of the opening acts for Brandy and Monica, along with Kelly Rowland and Muni Long. In an Instagram post, Jamal announced the exciting news, writing, “The things God is doing in my life. Hmmmmm and new music is on the way. Sit tight. Oh and I love y’all. #YourFavoriteNephew #yourfavoritecousin #THEAmericanIdol.”
In another Instagram post, Jamal announced that he’ll be performing at the 20th Pastoral Anniversary Concert on June 29 at the Vyster Amphitheater at the Bridge in Stockbridge, Georgia. The event will be hosted by Darlene McCoy, and will also feature artist Donald Lawrence.
