For the past 15 years, Hulk Hogan has been estrangement from his daughter, Brooke Hogan, who finally revealed the real reason behind family feud.

Even the former WWE legend, Hulk Hogan, couldn’t escape the shadow of a public feud with his family. The wrestling legend who passed away on 24th July, 2025, had been dogged by headlines about the rift with his ex-wife and daughter, Linda and Brooke Hogan, for years since the couple’s divorce.

The feud was further fanned on March 27 when Linda Hogan reignited the issue, prompting Brooke Hogan to reveal the real reason behind her separation from her parents in excruciating detail on social media.

After years of estrangement and separation, Brooke Hogan, daughter of the late professional wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, opened up about her family feud that led her to cut ties with both of her parents nearly 15 years ago.

In never-before-told behind-the-scenes accounts, the 36-year-old was pushed to reveal her side of the story after her mother’s tearful confession on social media in which she publicly accused the late WWE icon of causing the rift with her daughter [E! Online].

In a lengthy Instagram post, Brooke Hogan revealed:

What little I am addressing does not even scratch the surface of what I’ve dealt with my entire life… I have been EXTREMELY verbally and mentally abused since childhood. Sadly, it would frequently turn physical […] I was expected to and DID forgive massive blows to my career and personal life, nasty behavior, omissions of truth, blatant lies, manipulation, and repetitive errors in hopes of renewing previous family bonds.

I’ve been used as a pawn, a buffer, and been treated like l’m downright stupid too. I so badly wanted to see good in them, protect, help, and start anew-just to be disrespected again and again. I longed for a normal family, but it never came to fruition.

In the same post, Brooke Hogan also revealed that the reasons for her fallout with her father, Hulk Hogan, had nothing to do with the reasons behind her estrangement from her mother. The new mother of twins also claimed that she has been attending therapy, hoping to break the chain and find peace as she starts a new journey with a family of her own.

In the early hours of July 24, 2025, the professional wrestler and Hall of Famer, Hulk Hogan, passed away due to cardiac arrest at the age of 71. Soon after the news broke, WWE extended its condolences and expressed grief over the sudden loss.

Hulk Hogan is survived by his wife, Sky Daily, who had previously refuted all rumors about Hogan being comatose just weeks before his death.

The wrestling icon, whose real name was Terry Bollea, won six WWE championships and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. Over the course of his long, fruitful, and illustrious career, Hogan had shared the ring with legendary rivals like Andre the Giant, Randy Savage, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and even WWE chairman Vince McMahon, at one point.

He remained an active participant in the world of pro wrestling ever since his inaugural bout at WrestleMania in 1985. Hogan’s last public appearance was on Fox & Friends in May, where he promoted his new wrestling league, Real American Freestyle.
