DENHAM SPRINGS, La. — Fans at this year’s Cajun Country Jam can look forward to a special treat as John Foster, the recent American Idol runner-up and native of Addis, is set to take the stage for his first Louisiana performance since the show wrapped.

The festival, held at PARDS North Park in Denham Springs, features a lineup packed with local talent and a lively, festive atmosphere throughout the weekend.

Foster’s upcoming appearance adds star power to the event, with exciting longtime supporters and new fans eager to see him perform live, according to WBRZ.

“I am so incredibly glad to be back in my home state of Louisiana,” Foster said in a Facebook post. “American Idol was such an amazing ride,” he said.
